Parents
The Parent-Teacher Organization’s (PTO) mission has been mainly to increase parent involvement with the School, as well as the Community. Although the PTO has faced many challenges, it has remained focused on promoting parent participation by sponsoring annual leadership retreats, student fundraisers, family nights, parent seminars, and holiday events. Each year, these events grow in numbers and the PTO itself grows in membership. These efforts have come a long way and through the PTO, parents can provide on-going input on the operation of the School, reinforcing its position as a valuable asset to the School as a whole.

On behalf of the ATA Parent Teacher Organization and the ATA Administration, we would like to thank all of the parents and teachers that came out to express their interest in giving their time and talents toward planning for a successful school year and new leadership. Let's join together and congratulate both Mr. Camps and Ms. Mahan who have accepted the challenge of leading the ATA PTO for the 2009-2010 school year.
Special thanks and consideration go out to Ms. Butler and Ms. Franklin for their tireless efforts in serving the students and parents of ATA.....and not to forget their excellent advocacy work when the school needed to get the word out with a clear and accurate message. A great foundation has been laid and the entire school community is forever thankful!
